Too many people just think bladder problems are normal!
Pelvic floor problems
When your pelvic floor muscles are too weak (so they
can't tense up), or too tight/stiff (so they can't relax)
you might experience some bladder problems and more. Don't
know if this is you? Here are some of the symptoms:
You pee a bit when you cough, sneeze, exercise or laugh, or you can't control your farting (stress incontinence).
You have to pee A LOT.
You have to go to the loo in a hurry, or you don't make it (urge incontinence).
Going to the loo is tricky, you start and stop, can't get it all out, or you can't get completely empty.
You find sex painful.
You have pain in your pelvis for no reason.
