• 4 oranges
• 6 mandarines
• 2 lemons
• 30 grams fresh turmeric
• 200 grams fresh ginger
• 1 cup cold water
1. Peel all the citrus fruits until all the white stuff is gone. Also peel the turmeric and ginger.
2. Put all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until it is smooth then pour it through a sieve to get rid of all the pulp. Store in the fridge.
