Green Morning Smoothie Recipe

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

• 150 grams Spinach

• 100 grams Iceberg lettuce

• 10 Mint leaves

• 2 Kiwi fruits

• ½ Lime

• 1 small knob of Ginger

• 1 litre water or coconut water

• 1 cup apple juice

Optional: 2 Tbsp Elderflower cordial for added sweetness

Method

In a large blender, combine all the ingredients and blend for a minute until smooth.

OR, add all ingredients to a saucepan and blitz with a stick blender until smooth.
