Ingredients
- 100 grams grated fresh ginger
- 1 Litre water
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Juice of lemon
- 1 Rosemary stick
Method:
- Place grated ginger and lemon juice from entire lemon in water in a saucepan
- Let simmer for an hour and store in a jar in the fridge for up to a month
- Serve with fresh rosemary and ice!
