Ingredients
- 150 grams sugar snap beans
- 1 bunch Coriander
- 1 Avocado, cut into pieces
- 1 Broccoli
- 70 grams baby spinach
- 100 grams soy beans
- 1 Tsp Sesame seed oil
- 1 Lime
- 100 grams chopped almonds
- Sprinkle of Sesame Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
Optional for non-vegetarians: sliced bits of ham, pan-fried.
Method
- Cut the broccoli into small bunches. Fry the broccoli and sugar snap beans in olive oil.
- Add the soy beans. Let cool and then add the spinach, avocado and chopped up coriander.
- Mix together the sesame oil, olive oil, soy and the juice of 1 lime. Mix together dressing with Salad.
- Garnish the salad with chopped up almonds, sesame seeds and sliced bits of pan-fried ham if you want another source of protein in the dish.
