Healthy Beauty Wok Recipe

Beauty Wok

Total Prep Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 150 grams sugar snap beans
  • 1 bunch Coriander
  • 1 Avocado, cut into pieces
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 70 grams baby spinach
  • 100 grams soy beans
  • 1 Tsp Sesame seed oil
  • 1 Lime
  • 100 grams chopped almonds
  • Sprinkle of Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Soy Sauce

Optional for non-vegetarians: sliced bits of ham, pan-fried.

Method

  1. Cut the broccoli into small bunches. Fry the broccoli and sugar snap beans in olive oil.
  2. Add the soy beans. Let cool and then add the spinach, avocado and chopped up coriander.
  3. Mix together the sesame oil, olive oil, soy and the juice of 1 lime. Mix together dressing with Salad.
  4. Garnish the salad with chopped up almonds, sesame seeds and sliced bits of pan-fried ham if you want another source of protein in the dish.
