Ginger Biscuit Balls with Dates and Almonds Recipe

Get a taste of Christmas, spice and healthy deliciousness!

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 100 grams dates
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon all spice mix
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flaked almonds

Method 

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and place in the fridge for approx. 2 hours

Lightly toast the almond flakes in the oven for 5 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius

Roll approx. 25 balls and thereafter roll them in the toasted flaked almond
