A Healthy Christmas Treat that tastes Amazing!
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 1 packet of plain popcorn
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup of almonds/peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Break up the chocolate in a bowl and melt in a water bath on stove or microwave.
Mix in the melted chocolate with the popcorn, cranberries and almonds and spread out on a baking tray evenly.
Sprinkle over the sea salt and let set. Another option is to sprinkle over smashed up candy cane for an extra crunchy texture.
Store in room temperature.
