Tomato Soup Recipe

Tomato Soup Recipe

Total Prep Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

• 1 yellow onion

• 500 grams canned crushed tomatoes

• 2 tbsp tomato pure

• 3 cups vegetable stock

• 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

• 1 tsp oregano

• salt

 

Method

1. Peel and chop the onion finely

2. Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan and let simmer on a low heat for 20 minutes

3. Blend the soup with a stick mixer or normal mixer

4. Taste with salt and olive oil as garnish

 

Enjoying soups is one of the best strategies for keeping your bowels moving regularly and are thought to be beneficial for easing constipation!
