Avocado Smoothie Recipe

Total Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients

• 1 ripe avocado

• 1/2 packet frozen mango (250 g)

• 1 1/2 cups pineapple or orange juice

• 1/2 fresh lime juice

• 100 grams spinach

• 3 fresh mint leaves

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. Pour up in a glass to serve.

 

Avocado is incredibly nutritious. It is extremely rich in fiber helping you with your dense stools. Its natural fats and oils will also play a beneficial role to your hair and skin. Avocado is also very rich in potassium. Potassium is one of the most vital minerals in the human body, helping you regulate fluid control, muscle contractions and nerve signals.
