By Greta @ VCRC
April 27, 2020

Total Time: Marinade overnight

Total cook time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

• 2 Pieces of Salmon

• 3 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce

• 3 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce

• 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce

• 2 Tbsp brown sugar

• 2 cloves of garlic minced

• 2 tsp grated ginger

• 3 Tbsp Sesame seeds

• 4 baby Bok Choys

• 1 stalk Spring Onion

• Pinch of Salt and pepper

Method

1. Combine Teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic and ginger into a marinade.

2. Lightly salt and pepper the two pieces of salmon and place into the marinade. For maximum flavor, let salmon marinade for at least 2 hours or preferable overnight.

3. Turn the Oven on to 220 Degrees Celsius. Cut the Bok Choy in half and place on baking paper. Place the marinated salmon onto the Bok Choy and oven bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is only slightly pink inside.

4. Remove from oven, let cool and top it with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion to serve.
