Vegan Celery Drink

Ingredients:
3 cups celery
½ – 1 cup water
Juice of one orange
Bunch of Mint leaves
Small knob of ginger
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
For the greatest amount of nutritional benefit, drink as is. However if you would like to strain some of the content out to just get the juice, this will also suffice.
