One of the main vitamins in Salmon is Vitamin B which is an essential vitamin to controlling inflammation and helping protect heart and brain health. Salmon also has a great source of omega 3 fatty acids which is great for your skin and hair health but also considered as essential for human consumption as the human body cannot create them. Some of the added benefits of consuming omega 3 fatty acids is the reduction in inflammation, lowering blood pressure and reducing risk of cancer.
